NZIC Year 12 and 13 Chemistry Exams 2011

The Year 12 assessments will cover the externally assessed Achievement Standards in level 2 Chemistry i.e. Chemistry 2.4, 2.5, 2.6 and 2.7
The Year 13 exam will cover the externally assessed Achievement Standards in level 3 Chemistry i.e. Chemistry 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, and 3.7
A scholarship exam is also offered.

All assessments will come with a suggested assessment schedule and expected availability is the beginning of Term 3.

The only way you will be able to obtain copies of the 2011 assessments is by downloading them from the NZIC website. This will be managed in the same way as you can access previous exams from the www.chemteach.ac.nz website. When the 2011 assessments are available, those who have ordered will be emailed a username and password for each level.

A reliable email address must be supplied and please print these clearly. Yahoo and Hotmail addresses are inappropriate as they often do not accept attached files. Particularly make hyphens and underscores distinctive.

Email works well in most cases but the increasing number of problems takes up a huge amount of time. Please check that:

• the address is checked regularly (daily) – there have been problems with full mailboxes. Around 20 MB will be sent through. To ease this problem files will be sent over a few days, not all at once and I will avoid clashing with distribution of CSTA Science and Biology exams.
• the person who checks for emails is aware that these files will come through. There have been cases of partners deleting them as spam.
• your server will allow attached files of up to 5 MB through.
• virus protection/mail marshall etc won't block delivery of the files.

Payment must accompany your order either as a cheque or with information on the direct credit.
